I decided to shoot this quick vlog of my shoulders and triceps workout so you can get a bit more of an insight into my life and training.
This workout is a shoulders & triceps superset workout. A "superset workout" is when you perform one exercise straight into another. So in this workout it was a Shoulder exercise straight into a Triceps exercise.
These types of workout are great for people that don't have much time or are in a rush because you get in a lot of volume (high amount of work) in a small amount of time.
They are also really good because they very demanding due to the lack of rest time so will improve your cardiovascular system, muscular endurance and strength - resulting in burning lots of calories and building muscle.
