7 Back Exercises Using A Barbell

In this video I demonstrate 7 different back exercises you can add to your workout  using only a barbell and plates.  Bent over rows are one of the best exercises to pack on muscle mass and develop back strength.  Using different hand placements, grips and tempos we can stimulate the back in a variety of different ways using only a barbel, increasing our controlled strength, explosive strength and overall increasing our muscle mass and power.

1. OVERHAND BARBELL ROW
2. UNDERHAND BARBELL ROW
3. PAUSE (SQUEEZE) REPS
4. PARTIAL REPS
5. PENDLAY ROW
6. WIDE GRIP BARBELL ROW
7. SINGLE ARM T-BAR ROW
