Everyone loves a Burpee! In this video I put together 7 advanced Burpees.  Each variation uses a different piece of equipment making the exercise we all love to hate even harder

Here are the 7 advanced Burpees:

  1. MEDICINE BALL BURPEES
  2. DUMBBELL PRESS BURPEES
  3. BURPEE  STEP OVER BAR
  4. BURPEE JUMP OVER BAR
  5. BURPEE BOX STEP OVERS
  6. BURPEE BOX JUMP OVERS
  7. BURPEE BOX SIDE JUMP OVERS

Why are Burpees so good?

Burpees are a full body movement that force your entire body to use control, agility and strength.  Because of this demand they really work your bodies energy stores and cardiovascular system making them the perfect exercise to improve body strength, fitness and conditioning

I often put Burpees in circuit training for myself and my clients as it is a great way to burn calories, improve conditioning as well as improve overall fitness levels
