14 Lat Pulldown Exercises

The cable lat pulldown exercise is without a doubt one of the best movements to build bigger lats.  Bigger lats will give you a wider V taper look to your physique - something we all strive for and find aesthetically pleasing. The lat pull down is performed on a cable machine, using a handle above your head.  In this video I demonstrate 14 different ways - each hand placement, angle and handle will work the back in a slightly different way - each can be useful when trying to target a specific part of the back.
